BeeWorks Warranty Policy


BeeWorks prides itself on designing and producing high-quality products, and we proudly offer the following policies to back up this commitment to our customers. 


14-Day Trial

If you are unsatisfied with the quality or performance of your BeeWorks product, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days. Items returned for a refund must be in like-new condition, and BeeWorks reserves the right to apply a 20% re-stocking fee to returned merchandise that is not considered to be in resalable condition.  



BeeWorks warrants its products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year. During this time, BeeWorks may repair, replace, or exchange parts at its discretion. Repaired or exchanged parts carry a 90-day warranty from the time of installation.   


Warranty Exclusions

Batteries are not included in this warranty. This warranty covers normal use of the product in accordance with BeeWorks guidance and operating manuals. The warranty does not cover any damage that results from improper installation, accident, negligence, misuse, natural disaster, or abnormal mechanical or environmental conditions, such as dust, fire, water, or extreme temperatures. The warranty does not cover unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification and does not apply to any product that has been handled or packaged incorrectly.


Non-Warranty Repair

Product out of warranty may be sent to a BeeWorks-authorized repair center for evaluation. The customer will be notified of the cost to repair prior to accomplishing the work. An evaluation fee may apply. 


Return Process

All returns must have a returned merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Contact to receive a RMA number. Returns must be packaged in the original case and should be insured for the purchase value. All shipping costs associated with the return, including any international duties, taxes, or fees, are the responsibility of the customer.


Limited Liability

BeeWorks shall not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, even if BeeWorks has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall BeeWorks’ liability for a product exceed the amounts paid to BeeWorks for such product.
